Every order is carefully prepared and inspected before leaving our fulfilment centre. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed promptly after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekdays before the daily cut-off time are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

During product launches, promotional periods or exceptional circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected countries. Available shipping destinations and delivery options are displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the customer's customs territory may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local fees.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Returns

If you wish to return your order, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full eligibility and conditions. For UK returns, we provide a prepaid return label — please note the label cost will be deducted from your refund. For EU returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For all other destinations, returns are only accepted in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
